Bear Mountain Motel has been owned and operated by Jimmy & Ashley (Uibel) Riddle, since 2016. The Uibel family are long-time residents of the Waterton area and Ashley’s parents, Ross and Lorna, are the owners of Caribou Clothes, Big Scoop Ice Cream Parlour and Big Chunk Fudge Shop on Waterton Avenue. We are thrilled to be a part of this charming accommodation in this beautiful place!

Our family has 70+ years of working in, living in and loving Waterton and we’re happy to share our favourite trails and tales with you. We are excited to continue the wonderful atmosphere and service that long-time guests have come to expect from Bear Mountain Motel.
